Description
As a member of the organising team for the RMA Study Day Choral Singing and Transnationalism (11 April 2025, University of Glasgow and Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), I played a central role in ensuring the event’s smooth planning and delivery. My responsibilities included securing the event space at the Scottish Music Centre, and coordinating logistics with the Royal Musical Association's Student Liason Officer. I managed the provision of hospitality for all participants, including sourcing and coordinating catering. I also supported the review of all submitted abstracts, ensuring the academic coherence and thematic alignment of the programme.On the day itself, I facilitated presenter support and general event flow, including welcoming guests, managing the schedule, and addressing on-site needs.
