Description
The Encampment of Eternal Hope was rekindled at the Briggait in Glasgow for COP26 and I offered a meditation called We Are Air.Through our breath and our sensory capacities, this meditation session explores what connects us to our immediate surroundings, especially to the air that touches us. Laura Gonzalez will introduce the key concepts of intention, attention and attitude and will explore how these might be useful to think of the climate emergency.
