From artist and performer Sarah Hopfinger, Pain and I is a bold examination of Sarah’s lived experience with chronic pain, exploring the rich complexities of her life and asking ‘‘what can pain teach us?”
This immersive art installation will be running for three weeks, including Sarah’s week as our Artist in Residence (11 March – 15 March).
The installation is part of Sarah Hopfinger’s wider work on Pain and I, all of which invites audiences to reflect on what it means to care for our bodies, ourselves and each other in times of personal and collective pain.
A powerful, honest and compelling work designed by Rachel O’Neill, with graphic design by Michaela Pointon and Images by Brian Hartley.
Produced by Stories Untold Productions.
