In the 2024-2025 school year, James Gillespie's Primary School prioritised the Expressive Arts as a part of their School Improvement Plan, with teaching staff identifying dance as the area where they needed most support. The teachers engaged in a year of focused professional learning aiming to enhance pupil experience through developing teachers’ knowledge and confidence. This report documents that journey.
