33 songs (one of them in two versions), cantiques, vocal duos and one vocal quartet, comprising vol. 2 of the first ever critical edition of all of Gabriel Fauré's songs, published in two editions, high voice and medium voice. The volume incorporates numerous important corrections and shows variant endings for some songs; an Appendix provides an additional verse for one song and the surviving torso of another that was left incomplete.
