Biography

I have collaborated and produced works with theatre, dance, and concert stage artists. I have freelanced on off-broadway in NYC, Canada, UK, and Ghana. In 2017 I was an Artist in Residence with the Accra Theatre Workshop where we produced a 2 hour dance show titled MESSIAH. My piano series, "an incomplete autobiography" was runner up for the Anderson and Roe New Music New Video copmosition competition. My current PhD research is looking at how the space between score and composer is affected by identities in race, gender, and disability. My supervisory team includes Dr Emily Doolittle (primary), Dr Sarah Hopfinger, Dr Shelly Knotts, and Dr Diljeet Bhachu.
